Production and Shipping:
It takes 2-3 business days for us to complete the 3D modeling and laser engraving. We offer express delivery. To inquire about the progress of your order production and shipping, you can contact us or check our website using your order number.
Changes and Cancellations:
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Due to the personalized nature of the product, changes to the order may not be possible after this period. Cancellations during production will incur production costs and material loss charges, the specific amount of which will be determined based on the progress of the gift.
