An older photo may be suitable if the important subjects remain clear and recognizable. Very blurry, heavily compressed, or severely cropped images may produce less detail. Please send the original image or contact us before ordering if you are unsure.

We currently accept JPG, JPEG, GIF, TIFF, BMP, and PNG files. If your image is in another format or you have trouble uploading it, please contact  [email protected]. Before uploading, review our photo requirements.

The internal laser engraving process creates a clear or monochrome engraved image rather than a full-color printed image. Color effects may be available for other product types or surface processes. Please check the selected product before ordering.

2D crystal photo engraving creates a flat laser-engraved image within or on the specified crystal surface, depending on the selected product.

3D crystal photo engraving is achieved by focusing the laser on selected points within the crystal. These internal points create a sense of depth and a three-dimensional effect.

After you upload a photo, the image is reviewed and prepared for the selected crystal product. The approved image is then engraved inside the crystal using a laser process designed to create a three-dimensional effect. The exact preparation process depends on the selected product and photo.

The LED base and other accessories depend on the selected product and variation. Check the product page to confirm whether the base is included, optional, or sold separately.
