Return & Refund Policy

At YIYUES, we customize premium K9 crystal gifts with your photos and personalized text. To ensure transparency and clarify your expectations, please carefully read the following refund and return policy before placing an order.

You may request a refund within 45 days of placing your order. After this period, we are unable to process refunds, regardless of order status. We strongly recommend reviewing your order details and contacting us promptly if you need to make changes or cancel.
We hope that you love your YIYUES products, but just in case you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve made the return and exchange process super easy.

Each of our products is custom-made, and production typically begins shortly after the order is confirmed. Refunds are processed based on the stage of the production process:
✅ If design work has not yet started, you are eligible for a full refund.
⚠️ If 3D modeling has been completed but the crystal processing has not yet begun, we will deduct 50% from your refund as a design fee.
❌ If the custom crystal gift has been produced or delivered, we will deduct 70% from your refund to cover the design, crystal material, and processing costs.
Please note: Refunds based on dissatisfaction with the visual results (e.g., cutouts or layout) are not accepted unless there are obvious errors in the final product.

Our experienced designers will tailor the layout to the shape and size of your chosen crystal. Using professional 3D modeling software, we’ll create the perfect fit. Skilled craftsmen use precision laser equipment for processing. If you have special requirements, please let us know at the time of order. We do not accept returns or refunds due to layout or cutting preferences.

If your custom crystal gift is damaged or has the wrong pattern, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide photos of the damage. We will verify the problem and either refund you or remake the crystal for you free of charge.
